Girls To Women Embroidered Pullover Hoodie
CPS’(Cincinnati Public School) Girls to Women Leadership Collaborative is designed to provide equitable access for female students to leadership development opportunities that will transform school cultures for the better.
Girls to Women aims for young girls to become strong, respected and compassionate leaders and agents of change now and as adults, focusing on developing solutions for issues facing them. Students will design and implement campaigns to motivate their peers, and, in addition, will create, develop, launch and manage school-based businesses.
The collaborative's pillars: Leadership, Peer Leadership Campaigns, Book Club, Entrepreneurship, Servant Leadership, Mentor Network, and Pathways to Career.
The goal is to implement Girls To Women Leadership programs across the district, impacting girls in 4th through 12th grades!
